Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 29 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 29 was read the third time. The question being: "Shall SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 29 Relating to federal efforts to require the use of motorcycle helmets in Alaska, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: SJR 29 Third Reading - Final Passage 1993-04-16 Senate Journal Page 1449 SJR 29 YEAS: 20 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Adams, Donley, Duncan, Ellis, Frank, Halford, Jacko, Kelly, Kerttula, Leman, Lincoln, Little, Miller, Pearce, Phillips, Rieger, Salo, Sharp, Taylor, Zharoff Kerttula changed from "Nay" to "Yea". and so, SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 29 passed the Senate and was referred to the Secretary for engrossment.
